What happens after I pay?
Right after your payment is processed, you’ll be automatically redirected to our business listing submission form. There, you’ll share your contact information, links, service details, and how you practice welcome. Once we review and approve your listing, it will go live in the directory, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes. Your listing is a $33/month recurring subscription that you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your card will not be charged on the next billing date and your listing will be removed from the directory at the end of your current billing period.
I’m still learning. Do I have to be perfect to join?
Perfection isn’t the requirement—commitment is. The directory is for providers and businesses actively working to create safer, affirming experiences for queer and trans people. We’ll ask you a few values-based questions on the submission form to ensure alignment, and we’ll share resources to support your continued learning.
Is this only for queer- or trans-owned businesses?
No. We absolutely welcome queer- and trans-owned businesses, and we also include allied providers and organizations who are committed to practicing tangible, lived inclusion. The key is that your policies, space, and care reflect that commitment.
What if my services are fully online?
Online-only providers are welcome. Many queer and trans people rely on virtual support—especially in areas without affirming local options. You’ll be able to note that you serve clients online and which regions or time zones you support.
Will my founding member rate increase later?
Founding member pricing is our way of honoring the businesses who help us build this from the start. As long as you remain an active subscriber in good standing, your rate is intended to stay at $33/month, even if prices rise for new members in the future.
